As Scotland’s custodians of hand-crafted whisky making, it is with immense pride that we present our most scarce expression – The Glenturret 50 Years Old. This singular whisky represents some of our oldest casks and is a once-in-a-decade release. This historic cask was filled in the Winter of 1972, before carefully rolling into the distillery’s traditional Dunnage warehouses, where its maturation happened for over five decades! This ultra-rare spirit has been developing an ever-increasing complexity and depth, unaware that it has been creating history and flavour in equal measure. The Glenturret has deemed that this incredible whisky is now ready to be savoured, by reaching the 50 years old milestone.
